Is it possible that the shipment will not be delivered?

If the courier fails to deliver your shipment, a second attempt will be made. Even if this fails, the package will remain temporarily at the carrier's premises and will then be automatically returned to www.cafe-shop.eu.

What is the delivery time?

Your order will be delivered within 5-6 business days, after confirmation by one of our employees.

What are the charges for processing and shipping products from the store?

Shipping is free for orders over 50 EUR and costs 5.90 EUR for orders under 50 EUR.

Can my order be delivered to another country?

Products ordered from Bulgaria can only be delivered to Greece and to persons over 18 years of age, to the address indicated by the recipient or to an office of the courier company ASC Courier, which is our partner.

How can I pay?

Cash on delivery – you pay in cash upon receipt of your order. You must pay the amount to the courier service representative. To facilitate the transaction, we recommend that you have the exact amount of the order in cash (however, this is not mandatory).

Do you work on public holidays?

In the online store www.cafe-shop.eu you can order 24 hours a day, but during public holidays, celebrations or non-working days, the delivery time may be extended and there may be a delay in shipping.

How do I know if my order has been accepted?

After completing your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email and if further clarification is needed, one of our representatives will contact you.

Can I return the products I purchased from the store?

To return products purchased from www.cafe-shop.eu, please complete the return form, which you can download and print from your profile.
